Service
Cloud Recording Exporter is a post-meeting workflow service that can retrieve Zoom cloud recordings and transcripts authorized by a user and transfer selected files to a configured external storage destination.
Authorization
You must connect only Zoom accounts and storage destinations you are authorized to use. By completing Zoom OAuth, you authorize Nimbus Whale Labs to use the granted scopes for the documented workflow. You can revoke that authorization through Zoom Marketplace.
Your responsibilities
- Obtain any notice, consent, or other permission required to record meetings, process transcripts, and export participant content.
- Configure destination access, retention, encryption, and permissions appropriate for your organization.
- Protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Review export verification before requesting deletion from Zoom.
Deletion operations
Deletion is optional and potentially irreversible. Cloud Recording Exporter defaults supported recording deletions to Zoom trash. Permanent deletion requires explicit confirmation. You are responsible for confirming that destination copies are complete and that deletion complies with your retention obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access recordings without authorization, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, bypass Zoom or destination-provider controls, interfere with the service, or conduct unlawful activity.
Third-party services
Zoom, Google Drive, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure are independent services governed by their own terms, availability, limits, and security controls. Nimbus Whale Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers unless expressly stated.
Availability and changes
The service is provided without a guaranteed service level during private beta. APIs, scopes, webhook behavior, file availability, and provider features may change. We may modify or discontinue beta functionality and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Nimbus Whale Labs is not responsible for source recordings deleted before export, destination-provider failures, user configuration errors, or indirect and consequential losses.
Termination
You may stop using the service and remove the app at any time. We may suspend access for security, abuse, legal, or operational reasons. Deauthorization removes Zoom credentials but does not remove files already delivered to your destination.
