Email support
Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 Singapore Time (GMT+8), excluding public holidays. Our initial-response target is within three business days.
What to include
- A short description of the expected result and what happened instead.
- The approximate meeting or export time and destination type.
- The displayed error message or HTTP status, if available.
- Whether the issue affects authorization, recording files, transcripts, deletion, or removal.
Never send credentials
Do not include Zoom access or refresh tokens, Client Secrets, webhook Secret Tokens, recording passcodes, Google credentials, AWS access keys, Azure connection strings, or signed download URLs. We will never ask you to send these by email.
Self-service checks
- Confirm Cloud Recording Exporter remains installed in Zoom Marketplace.
- Confirm Cloud Recording and audio transcription are enabled for the authorized user.
- Confirm the meeting was recorded to the cloud rather than locally.
- Allow additional processing time for transcripts.
- Check that the destination still permits uploads and has available capacity.
Security reports
