Local Recording Uploader is a planned desktop client that watches folders you choose, detects completed Zoom local recordings, and uploads selected files to Google Drive, Amazon S3, or Azure Blob Storage.

The client is being designed to automate the handoff without uploading files that are still being written or hiding transfer failures.
Select the recording folders, file types, destination, naming rules, and upload schedule.
Monitor only user-approved locations and wait until recording files are stable and ready for transfer.
Transfer files in the background with resumable jobs, retry handling, and configurable bandwidth limits.
Confirm destination results and retain a useful local status record before any optional cleanup action.
The planned client prioritizes predictable behavior on real employee devices and variable network connections.
Continue interrupted uploads without restarting every completed file.
Limit transfer rates or choose upload windows to reduce disruption during working hours.
Track completion, retries, skips, and failures instead of assuming an attempted upload succeeded.
Organize destination paths using recording date, meeting folder, device, user, or customer-defined naming patterns.
The client will be intended to access only folders selected by the user or administrator. Recording content is designed to move directly from the device to the configured cloud destination rather than become a separate Nimbus Whale recording archive.
